TopTweetsGames sieves the raw Twitter stream for tweets about iPhone games. It then reads through them, scoring and storing positive comments in a chart. The results are based on FluffyLogic's TopTweets system for making sense of Twitter data.

You can browse the chart for the hottest games, view the raw Tweets and, if they take your fancy, you can buy them. The site also displays the scores as a graph over the last week/month so you can see how the popularity has grown over time. Some games generate an auto-tweet, we do note these, however, we look to user comments about a game to score it.
